I would Highly recommend Incredible Kitchen Company, i spent the day going around 6 different company's all over Auckland, from my first step into the showroom i was greeted with a smile and a willingness to help , they gave me great advice on products and positioning . Ive never done a kitchen before ,so doing it myself was a little daunting , however the whole process was smooth and perfectly explained to me the whole way through. It also helped that they beat every quote i had got ( 6 of them ) with equal or better products, and much better service. From the delivery men to the installers everyone who works for this company is professional and respectful of me and my home, and to be honest i don't think you can put a price on that. Ive had one problem after installation which was actually my fault and without hesitation they have come back out and sorted for me proving excellence after sale service. We are so happy with the new kitchen in our son’s unit, especially for the price and we even got a stone bench. Happily gave us samples to take home, so we could decide on colours and bench top. Georgia was incredibly friendly and always followed up on any queries we had. We are more than happy with the kitchen and it works well for our son. Looks awesome as well, Very pleased with service, staff and product.

Incredible Kitchens really lived up to their name and delivered an absolutely incredible kitchen for us! Initially we wanted to change just the bench top and cupboards. On discovering extensive hidden water damage, Nick advised us about the different options we could go with. By changing our layout and with Lesleys placement advice, we actually gained more floor space and storage than the original kitchen. Our kitchen has opened up the house and visitors are always super impressed when they see it. Fully recommend the team at Incredible Kitchens. I always look at the kitchen and wonder why we hadn't done this sooner! Thanks team, keep up the awesome work!

Incredible kitchens are affordable and truly interested in great kitchens and customer service. I was initially doing an insurance job on water damage to walls and floors in my kitchen and a new bathroom. When my granite benches got broken by builders I contacted Incredible kitchens in November after quote from builders contractor was simply unaffordable. Jen helped me design an entirely new kitchen I could afford and in a Christmas period timeframe that was extremely difficult. Jen was amazing and intuitive. She listened and got it absolutely right. I got a great kitchen at a cost that was at least 6 thousand dollars cheaper than all competitors for essentially exactly the same product ( if not better) and it was designed measured and installed within a month and before Christmas. Jen worked overtime to ensure that I made the last manufacturing date for the year. All of the team working for Incredible kitchens ( measurers and installers) were exceptionally professional and lovely to deal with. Jens team were undoubtedly the best part of my renovation (an unplanned one). Jen also recommended an appliance dealer for me which saved me thousands on all new appliances. Their website, which allows you to essentially design and cost your kitchen is also amazing. I thoroughly recommend Jen and her team to anyone who wants excellent customer service and an amazing result. I cant thank them enough.

Unfortunately, we had already bought some cheap cabinets off Trademe. Had a few dramas as they were kitset and we had to assemble them. I wish we had heard of Incredible Kitchens first. We did purchase an engineered stone top from Incredible. My partner who is an electrician had no trouble fitting it himself. Less than $1300 for the two pieces of stone including an island top.

We purchased one of your Incredible Kitchens a couple of weeks ago. Great value and easy to install - thanks. We really appreciated it was not a not a kit set. The preassembled cabinets made it so much easier. We installed the cabinets ourselves over a weekend then decided on a stone bench top option. We had thought we could only afford a laminate top. We decided not to tackle the stone installation ourselves so used the Incredible Kitchens guys. The whole thing looks amazing and cost under $8000 for cabinets and stone top. We have already recommended them to friends.

My husband and I bought one of your kitchens in February to replace a tired old kitchen in our rental. On your recommendation we bought the laminate bench top which is heat resistant. We couldn't believe it when you showed us the video of the hot frying pan being placed on the bench top without damage. We won't let the tenants know but it will save us any more heat damage in the future. Our handyman installed the kitchen in a day. A big thanks to Lesley.

Working with Incredible Kitchens was so easy. Despite everything being finished just a week before our son was born I never felt stressed and the end result is a kitchen that works wonderfully well for us. In particular we appreciated Incredible's attention to minor details and the final cleaning service they provided. Now we can't wait to do the laundry.
